The PRD Victor Gabriel Varela López is a Member of relative majority, elected by the 22 Federal District, located in Iztapalapa. Studied through high school and in the PRD, belongs to the current New Left (moderate wing), known as The Mutts, although its origins including People's Union Revolutionary Emiliano Zapata.
