1 - ADMINISTRATIVE AREA

2 - ACCOUNTING AND HERITAGE AREA

3 - LIFE INSTITUTIONAL

B.2) Asamblea Ordinaria:
Posteriormente tuvo lugar la Asamblea Ordinaria. In October a group of young people participated in a Project Evaluation Program for the foundation. The same assessed projects throughout Latin America. In return the SES paid 600 U.S. dollars which the group donated to the FAIC for use in youth activities.

4 - AREA AGENCY

5) Projects and Programs

6) Tribute to Louis Braille

Since this group is promoting, together with other civil society organizations and governments in Latin America signed a treaty at the World Intellectual Property Organization, which ensure a common minimum of exceptions to the Copy Right for books for the blind different countries and facilitate the sharing of resources and the transboundary movement of works in accessible formats.
B.7) in June requested the reclassification UMC as a member of Argentina. C) Latin American Blind Union ULAC
C.1) In the process of appointing a Technical Secretary for Latin American Blind Union ULAC, was awarded two separate guarantees to Mr Fernando Galarraga and Jose Viera to compete for that space. C.2) In its January meeting the Board of Directors appointed two representatives to the ULAC namely President Carlos Colere and Secretary General, Karina Sanchez.
C.3) During the month of February, guarantees granted to Mr John Joseph Della Barca and Juan Carlos Bertone to attend the meeting of experts of Braille and Braille Workshop musicography, both organized events in Cartagena de India ULAC with the financial support of FOAL and AECI. C.5) Participation of the first meeting of Aboriginal American, held in Panama City in May. At this conference the Department of Rehabilitation traveled, Graciela Palombi. C.6) in May was appointed general secretary women as coordinator for the Federation, because that it is working closely with the Ministry of Gender ULAC, holding regular meetings with various representatives via Messenger Latin American female. These meetings are agreed works and actions to be carried out from such a secretariat, as well as the actions that each representative will be in your country.
C.7) The Secretary of Press and Publications of FAIC continues to represent our country in the ULAC in the office of secretary of technology and access to information.
D) With Disabilities RIADIS Iberoamerican Network:
The April 24/25 attended the Dissemination Days the Convention for Persons with Disabilities organized by REDI and RIADIS FAIC being represented by President Carlos Coler.
To mark the presence in Buenos Aires RIADIS board held a meeting with her. It may be recalled here that FAIC was a founding member of the Latin American organization.
For RIADIS took its president, Regina Atalla and Julio Fretes who was then general secretary, along with Luis Fernando Astorga who is an advisor of this organization. FAIC attended by the President and Vice President. We at this point to pay a reminder to fellow Paraguayan Julio Fretes who was a militant in the cause of persons with disabilities and who was blind, which was killed days later in a confusing fact in Asuncion, Paraguay.
In July FAIC was invited to participate in the 4th Conference of RIADIS, which was held from 7 to 11 October at Cartagena de Indias. At its August meeting FAIC appointed Gladys Correa, Minister of Institutional Relations as a delegate to this important meeting.
E) American Social Security Organization:
