Current challenges present in the agendas of organizations of blind and low vision in Latin America, but are the same as that occupied our concerns in the eighties and nineties of the twentieth century, greatly increased the role of actions we need to take to ensure this segment decent living conditions, equality and access to citizenship rights.
The right to work, education, health, access to goods and information and communication products, the implementation of programs to promote access to technologies, are some of our most important demands, which call for action a movement strong, organized and tuned with goals of development and growth in the medium and long term in our continent.
And how we get out of a scenario in which organizations are still fragile, some without acknowledgment or performance space with government institutions and management bodies of public policy? The Brazilian experience tells us that the way empowerment is possible for our unification. The word unity has been present in our discussion since the eighties of the twentieth century, however it was not until 2008 that we realize that experience by bringing together the two entities into a single nationally representative, National Organization of Blind Brazil (ONCB) initiating a trajectory of space conquest with government bodies, councils representing civil society, private bodies to promote labor and goods and services.
ONCB The institution as a single national representation of blind people throughout the country, structured so that the five regions are represented on its board, also resulted in the reorganization of local organizations based in the municipalities and Brazilian states around a common agenda of actions that seek to minimize the unfavorable rates of access to public policy income and work for our segment.
Two years lived in the sign of unity and show us a path of growth within the segment as well as recognition and respect on the part of government and civil society organizations. Young leaders with creativity and intelligence face the challenge of leading the new organization and make it their constituents spokesman, distributed in different geographical regions and subjected to various socioeconomic and cultural conditions.
reflect on that path, understand its importance to Latin American organizations to endorse the steps can be taken to a unification in the other countries of the region could be a valuable exercise for future enterprise reorganization of the action within our associations. Raimondi Volmer

Long Sleeved Purple Dress

Once upon a time, in an alternate universe ... Google

... FIFA Cup 2010 in South Africa. Party

Uruguay vs Ghana. The Black Stars against Charrúas, after reading the proclamation anti-discrimination and racism, it looked like a massacre. And it was a slaughter. The distributed morochos zapatillazos as if it were a kickboxing world ...
But on 38 minutes the first time, Diego Lugano dodge Vorsah in the area and leaves intact declared an imminent fall. Moments earlier, Lodeiro jump two tenths of a second before expected and also saves a secure heel injury. The judge, seeing that the deadline was extended too much and the tension dissipates after a thwarted attack ghanense, ending the game.

Uruguay beats Ghana on goal to none. Lugano is seen running and partying with Suarez, Fucile and Loder. All embrace Forlan faithful executor of the Master Plan Tavarez.

the game is coming to Holland.

a tough opponent, which makes us sweat, but a goal by Suarez at 94 minutes after the break (either the time when regulatory and always gave pessimistic forfeit the game) ends the Dutch hegemony, very despite the bitter contempt that we show the overlapping strokes that we distribute our European antagonists. The air smelled of fear that the Dutch had to Suarez, who already known to have been among them for some time.

speak of a miracle already Uruguayan chess after Maxi Pereira movement at 92 minutes of the game, and the unstoppable Suarez pump two minutes later. The next 30 minutes are suffered, but the superiority and skill Muslera saves us three times, and in a display of technical quality, Diego Forlan fires the Dutch with a free sample of Jabulani, sent as registered mail to the top right of the arch guarded by an unbeliever Stekelenburg, who after knowing defeat, in a fit of anger kicked his bow and unintelligible insults exudes the Uruguayan marksman. Crying is happening everywhere, sorrow and joy. You end the game and Uruguay is in the final. Spain

facing us as never before. And if ... viewed from the front with a team that already has two global wins, multiple Olympic medals and 14 won South American Drinking is like for you to be afraid. More than a football game, seems an instance of a war. Hatreds resurface, reminiscent of a stripped America 500 years ago and who defends the English invaders, who refers to all kinds of tricks, mirrors and spears, shields, metal and fierce warriors who shine on monstrous four-legged animals. Charrúa claw demonstrated in full, after Iniesta managed to escape from midfield and almost impenetrable barrier penetration of Thigh, giving us full in the chest, at 38 minutes the first time.

Spain wants to stay, encircling its middle. Not electrified because the rules do not permit, but the eleven English spent the rest of the half looting and assaults rejecting a dangerously angry Uruguay. And that same fury played against the Charruas, penalizing the skill and precision, until it reached the end of the first half.

Tabarez Master appeases the enraged beasts at halftime, and with reason and cunning tactics, new delivery instructions to the celestial warriors.

starts the second half and after seven minutes, a ball passed to Lodeiro intercepted by the enemy's camp and is recovered by Suarez, who raises a cross from the right corner to head Lugano, who, after Gerard Pique elude a working below, and the jump of a Carles Puyol more air than ever before, balancing the scoring before Spain realized that changing the tactic was a mistake. The rest of the game takes place in a fierce exchange of assaults and escapes developed until the English defensive trio commits an unforgivable error that is configured on offense against Lugano, just a few meters from the English area. Forlan

not forgive, nor forgive Villa with a chance so sweet. A barrier free kick from the left half of the field. The striker's right foot hits the ball and it describes a parabola immaculate, contrasting with the dark African sky background, avoiding opponents and making a buzzing roar of a lion which, in a panic the hearts of the enemies come from the mother land. The bow seems to close to avoid the impact, but there Casillas that can stop an accurate shot of one of the best players in the world. Given the deafening screams of the vuvuzelas, Spain despair and emotions raging bull blinds those who in fear and the certainty of defeat against a superior enemy, they say goodbye to the chance to win their first World Cup.

ends the game. Uruguay is the third time world champion.
arise
discussions among experts. Arbitration impeccable perfect golf, a sport exemplary behavior of the players and coaches. Zero red cards, and only some yellow. Even ghanenses (who fought with violence) were viewed with disfavor, because it is justified to defend their position as sole representatives in the continent. A FIFA surprised, but pleased with the resolution.

That would be nice to live in that universe, is not it? ...

But, in our universe Uruguay won the world no. We played against teams of fourteen players, injured stars, with a marked favoritism FIFA trade with Europe and with all odds against it since we started, to Although we did not lose a single game until we play against Holland. And many accused us of stealing a game with one hand in front of goal, a game we already had won a penalty nonexistent. Is it that we like to complain about everything, because they are always others to blame for our defeat? I wonder if in this case is "so" well ... Uruguay

gave what I had to give, and came away as a long time since I arrived. Actually, I consider this selection as winner of the world

. They renewed hope and paddled against all for giving us the joy of being part of the top four football teams in the world, a discipline that deserves to be called "global" because it involved more than 200 countries.

Imagine how it will be, that to me, I do not care

every day you learn something new

After the presentations that made my illustration students and the kind of introduction to photoshop we made in the workshop I was eager to try new things, so it was a picture of popcorn in the previous post. Today I decided to try something more realistic, I found a tutorial for painting skin here and started drawing. I am very satisfied with the result I can not see and I can not believe that is all digital.

here part of the filmmaking process step by step.

playing with the tablet

This profile memory did popcorn from scratch in photoshop. What I like coloring with the tablet was that for the first time I could maintain uniformity in the direction of the line that normally could not complete with crayons. Clear that working with layers also helps a lot ... Ctrl Z Live jejeje

Titles For 21st Birthdays Facebook

few days ago, while "enjoying" a commercial break on Fox, I had the "pleasure" of seeing one of the Rexona commercial. In the commercial, administrative group dug a tunnel to get to a mall, while the background sound of a version that had not heard before a military march I remember that was used in the movie "Die Hard III."
Well, not knowing the name of the topic Music (now I know,
called "When Johnny Comes Marching Home" ), I searched on Google, using a simple sentence in English, which I assumed was going to deliver results almost immediately (as now, if someone try again ...). At that time, the result gave me was this:

If, as you see ... Google, in a tacit demonstration of sexual discrimination can not be beaten, I pointed out the obvious to the ridiculous query that occurred to me enter. Google may also have been aware of the bankruptcy context (if the sentence has the word "women" and the word "dig", insurance is a spelling error, so it is likely that the user has wanted to put "women washing", which is factually obvious and most likely). Or simply Google it struck him that the only thing that can be done about women in a tunnel, cross it out, is washing ... not so. The

really do not know, but obviously the Google search engine seems to have marked macho tendencies, is not it? Greetings!

Kates Playground Uncensored Vids

Peripecias bureaucratic machismo: How to legalize a document without dying in the attempt

few days ago I'm trying to send a document to Argentina (a simple certificate of studies) and frankly, I found the process quite complicated.

Why is it complicated? Simple: No one seems to know exactly the whole procedure, so you have to go groping and finding new directions as you go around obstacles.
Once you did the procedure, the matter is greatly simplified and the exact steps that clarifies all the doubts (like you've seen the alternate ending of "Lost" is where you explain everything that did not explain the final which went to air ...), but of course, a few hours of life left and a trail of money along the way, which held breadcrumbs Hansel and Gretel (by the way, are they still celebrating that drove Argentina World ?)...
1)
request the school where the student's transcript (it is a school pass in disguise), together with A copy of registration book and the auxiliary plate, signed by the school principal. Must be specified that the fate of the document is Argentina, my eye!

2)
Bring these documents to be inspected in Paysandu 1256, Yi corner (the hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 pm except when playing Uruguay in the World ...) to sign it the Inspector General and you are stuck behind a piece of paper. This process is free (Oddly enough).

3) After you go to the Ministry of Education and Culture, Reconquista 535, Ituzaingó corner, floor 2, section "Legalization", between 10:00 and 15:30 (the sign says up to 16: 00, but for some reason still do not quite understand, I say you go to 15:30 ...). There you will charge $ 169 to put a stamp in and a signature. Usually the procedure involves leaving the slip and return to look for another day, but if you come inside (like me, who come from Solymar), you get the autograph and stamp in at the moment.

4) Then you have to go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Cuareim in 1384, between 18 July and Colonia. There're going to put another stamp in and they will charge you $ 131. Andá before 16:00, because otherwise, keep it.

5) Finally, you have to go to the Argentine consulate in Wilson Ferreira Aldunate 1281, between Soriano and San Jose. Try to go between 13:30 and 15:00, which is the time at which you receive the documents. If you have no trouble, they charge U $ S 40 and you have to go get the paper when they're told. If you have trouble, they charge U $ S 80 and you have to come back when he tells you, even on the same day. Authenticated document delivery is between 17:00 and 18:30. If you're on the last day of the month, stayed, because only critical documents are processed, so you're going to have to pay U $ S 80 and stay around in the middle to the time of retirement.

Well, after all that, you can send the paper with the courier that you like. Yes, send it certified and comes ... because you will not want to go through all this rigmarole. The good thing is that everywhere you looked after me well and fairly quickly, which makes one lose sight of that red tape is done by public employees ... It seems somewhat "private", in so efficient it is. Well, I hope this helps someone will post something ... I guess for other countries need to upgrade (for example, if you send it to USA, you probably have to attach a piece of paper medical check, to assure that no anthrax or who knows what other crap ...), but the first steps must be equal to which I had to give. I wish I had this post when I started to make arrangements, but well ... when they invent a time machine sent me a text message with instructions ... (Ah, no ... if they had invented a time machine, I would have the instructions as the have sent me, so like I had not, I assume that invented ... shit that happens to me to see so many sci- fiction!)
