THE INTERNET
Given the advances in technology, the constraints of distance and extent of our country,
propose:
1. Build a virtual network of parents of children and young blind and low vision at the national level.
new families who have babies who are blind or low vision from birth or early childhood may join it from the high neonatal.
This network can be related to APAPREM - Argentina Association of Parents of premature babies, and health workers and education.
2. The terminology used today, it would seem "advanced" may mask the ability to provide our children and young people develop their skills through a systematic work, to be trained and have the same opportunities as the rest of the population.
3. Parents concerned with children and youth with multiple challenges, advice, containment, training, outreach to the past technological advances that allow them to develop their full potential.
4. It is imperative to give them the tools to develop their capacity according to their personal interests and their vocation and throw them into the cultural world and work with an eye above all they are made and happy people.

Seagate Cheetah vs Glock 19 :-)
nearly four months ago we had a problem with our server. The problem involved the failure of the SCSI controller and one disk drive in a RAID 4 disk L5, with catastrophic consequences for the system. The disks were brand units Seagate Cheetah 36 GB, which had never been a problem since it was installed on the server.
Well, the disk was removed from the RAID once I could back to mend the system, ended up on a shelf waiting to find a more appropriate target, perhaps "more violent" than the slow death of the things that are abandoned. The logic board of the unit was removed and stored as a spare left for another disc of the same features, but the bubble, with the rest of the internal components, motors, circuit boards, reading heads, etc.., Was "intact" list to be used as paperweights, counterbalance or entertainment. And I can not deny that I remained the resentment about having to reinstall everything and lost time that caused me so basically I did to that album's promise that he would have made me suffer work all weekend, and for making me more than a month delay in my work.
Well, as the weekend I went to the "interior" of the visit, took the opportunity to take the disc, an LCD panel of a notebook, broken into a fatal fall, my Glock 19 and two boxes of ammunition. The result? Well ... the images speak for themselves.
LCD not expected to resist too ... It is only plastic, glass and metal thin frame. The bullets pierced him like paper. The album suffered six bullets, three of them were direct and crossed, destroying internal components. The other three impacted the bubble shield, deforming the metal frame and cover, but failed to penetrate, given that they still gave the disc in horizontal position (lying on the ground), and basically hit the same tangent. I think that your disk has reached its destination more than appropriate ... :-)
After declaring the end of my practice, I made the recovery of the white pods and examined. Even got to get a few rounds, but his condition is clearly not the one would expect, at least for fans used to seeing CSI This is a picture of some bullets recovered, to an empty case and live ammunition.
Out of curiosity, I shot the wall of an abandoned house, just to get me the question of how destructive it can be a 9mm ammunition fired at close range, and to my surprise, the shot penetrated enough to go through it completely (!). The cohesive material and the plaster was in a sorry state, but did not expect a bullet would pass through and keep walking ... (Ojo, Taliban! A wall is not always stop a bullet!)
After all, it was a great evening of catharsis and entertainment.
Next time, I will carry more ammunition, and probably more hard drives ... because they do not last long (mental note: discard the idea of bulletproof vests used hard drives ...) :-)
sorry the pics. Next time, I promise to bring more interesting photos.
For those interested, here are the "technical data"
Ammunition: 9mm Luger / Parabellum Winchester 147 grains (subsonic) MSCT (Truncated Cone Metal Case) and Federal "American Eagle" 124 grains ( supersonic) FMJ (Full Metal Jacket).
Distances: between 10 and 15 meters (mobile positions).
The next time I do an accuracy test (this was the speed), although I have to get better ammunition for it ...

I've always said that one can learn things anywhere. American Next Top Model is one of my guilty pleasure, do not deny, I particularly love doing photo shoots and clear! The streets of the coastal city
No, not the name of a new television series based on the story of a detective canary, whose sunglasses reflect beaches uncanny resemblance to those of Miami, where beautiful girls walking in the meshes of two parts showing his usual attributes ...
is the legacy of history Tabaré orographic Hackembruch, now perpetuated by our Mayor Mark Carámbula.
The problem? Simple: The fragile consistency of the soil to make the streets of the coastal city and the state of devastation and destruction that occur after a rain.
I've heard stories of cars overturned in ditches and until I saw some, I could not believe it.
Last Tuesday, I went through the side of a couple who watched with a strange mixture of disbelief, helplessness, and you could say fun, as his vehicle (a VW Gol for the decade of the 90) semi lay buried in a ditch after attempting to overturn the move by the roadside, in a vain attempt to avoid some of the wells that are the Avenida Eduardo Marquez Castro. I find it distasteful end stop for a photograph to document the situation, so I just asked them if they needed a hand, which gave me to understand that they called the winch and did not need to worry. This afternoon, a bus COPSA (the 7E8R) suffered the same consequences, but fortunately not as serious (did not dump), and this time I was embarrassed to take a picture (seen ugly because it was taken with the phone and in motion, but scored the bus so that they see clearly). And as you read correctly, this happened in
an "avenue"
...
wells have differences of up to 15 inches between the edge and bottom, so do not talk as mere "irregularities" in the field. These are wells that can destroy a vehicle in a short time, so most people usually try to avoid the beaten path, using alternative roads, which last long enough for the weather improves and the quartermaster pass machines (one bulldozer and a claimed pavement), which once go, leave the beaten path, but not perfect.
often spend several days of rain sent the quartermaster machinery, and also it does not in all ways, but the most important. With factors such as frequency of rainfall, the availability of the machines, the agenda of the quartermaster and the willingness of operators, I think we're screwed to the absolute limits.
was Hackembruch
When we complained about not fix the streets, which was not surprising, since the man was busy tending the gas station satellite and other businesses ... but now that it Carámbula, and no longer a period, but two
... What is the matter? When is going to solve the problem of the "streets" of the coast, at least of the major "flood"? Was not this on the agenda of the mayor's office when it was election time? ... Ah, of course ... that was in the first period ... not for
THIS
period, which is the second. For the former, this boy filled his mouth saying he would fix everything, which obviously was one of those promises tend to demagogic politicians, but of course ... as selling "change", everyone thought it was true and voted. Should you miss me? ...
I took some photos of the state of the streets in one of my trips to the spa. Mordor is so even destroyed ... (If you look closely, you'll see photos of the "Anduin from the coast" and the "Quebrada del Solymar ")...
Anyway ... could go on talking for hours of item ... and may even suggest solutions to the problem, but of course ... I'm just a law abiding citizen and pay taxes, so I'm at the bottom of the "food pyramid", at least with respect to "rights" ...
The other is to stop complaining and buy a hovercraft ... but here no Trade has the "vision" necessary to realize that there is market for these vehicles at these locations. They also have to get rid of the cake with quads for sale, something that became popular despite not serve to prevent the wells, and is not safer than a normal bike, no matter how many points of support have ... The hovercraft however, its suspension "aerial" would be the most appropriate vehicle for these sites (Note to self: tell Motociclo ...).
Anyway ... say that everything will change when making sanitation ... but you see, they said so many things that never happened!

is the legacy of history Tabaré orographic Hackembruch, now perpetuated by our Mayor Mark Carámbula.
The problem? Simple: The fragile consistency of the soil to make the streets of the coastal city and the state of devastation and destruction that occur after a rain.
Basically, every time it rains the streets become a network of wells and hills, distributed in a semi-chaotic pattern, one would assume it is geoglyphs, craters, or other geographic irregularity. This provision makes it impossible for a vehicle (either the number of wheels that is, from a unicycle up a truck with Fox) to avoid rebound hits, depending on whether the wheels are on a ridge (raised surface that is created between two contiguous wells) or one of these wells.
The speed limit in these conditions 20 km / h, hopefully ... Going faster is guaranteed to break in CV, tires, shocks and axles ... depending on the type of vehicle used and their age. Do not miss stories of people who have been stranded with his car fixed by a break, or because your engine drowned trying to get out of a pond "natural", established by a heavy rain or by the influx of channels at a crossing.
When we complained about not fix the streets, which was not surprising, since the man was busy tending the gas station satellite and other businesses ... but now that it Carámbula, and no longer a period, but two ...

Current challenges present in the agendas of organizations of blind and low vision in Latin America, but are the same as that occupied our concerns in the eighties and nineties of the twentieth century, greatly increased the role of actions we need to take to ensure this segment decent living conditions, equality and access to citizenship rights.
The right to work, education, health, access to goods and information and communication products, the implementation of programs to promote access to technologies, are some of our most important demands, which call for action a movement strong, organized and tuned with goals of development and growth in the medium and long term in our continent.
And how we get out of a scenario in which organizations are still fragile, some without acknowledgment or performance space with government institutions and management bodies of public policy? The Brazilian experience tells us that the way empowerment is possible for our unification. The word unity has been present in our discussion since the eighties of the twentieth century, however it was not until 2008 that we realize that experience by bringing together the two entities into a single nationally representative, National Organization of Blind Brazil (ONCB) initiating a trajectory of space conquest with government bodies, councils representing civil society, private bodies to promote labor and goods and services.
ONCB The institution as a single national representation of blind people throughout the country, structured so that the five regions are represented on its board, also resulted in the reorganization of local organizations based in the municipalities and Brazilian states around a common agenda of actions that seek to minimize the unfavorable rates of access to public policy income and work for our segment.
Two years lived in the sign of unity and show us a path of growth within the segment as well as recognition and respect on the part of government and civil society organizations. Young leaders with creativity and intelligence face the challenge of leading the new organization and make it their constituents spokesman, distributed in different geographical regions and subjected to various socioeconomic and cultural conditions.
reflect on that path, understand its importance to Latin American organizations to endorse the steps can be taken to a unification in the other countries of the region could be a valuable exercise for future enterprise reorganization of the action within our associations. Raimondi Volmer

Long Sleeved Purple Dress
Once upon a time, in an alternate universe ... Google
... FIFA Cup 2010 in South Africa. Party
Uruguay vs Ghana. The Black Stars against Charrúas, after reading the proclamation anti-discrimination and racism, it looked like a massacre. And it was a slaughter. The distributed morochos zapatillazos as if it were a kickboxing world ...
But on 38 minutes the first time, Diego Lugano dodge Vorsah in the area and leaves intact declared an imminent fall. Moments earlier, Lodeiro jump two tenths of a second before expected and also saves a secure heel injury.
Uruguay beats Ghana on goal to none. Lugano is seen running and partying with Suarez, Fucile and Loder. All embrace Forlan faithful executor of the Master Plan Tavarez.
the game is coming to Holland.
a tough opponent, which makes us sweat, but a goal by Suarez at 94 minutes after the break (either the time when regulatory and always gave pessimistic forfeit the game) ends the Dutch hegemony, very despite the bitter contempt that we show the overlapping strokes that we distribute our European antagonists. The air smelled of fear that the Dutch had to Suarez, who already known to have been among them for some time.
speak of a miracle already Uruguayan chess after Maxi Pereira movement at 92 minutes of the game, and the unstoppable Suarez pump two minutes later. The next 30 minutes are suffered, but the superiority and skill Muslera saves us three times, and in a display of technical quality, Diego Forlan fires the Dutch with a free sample of Jabulani, sent as registered mail to the top right of the arch guarded by an unbeliever Stekelenburg, who after knowing defeat, in a fit of anger kicked his bow and unintelligible insults exudes the Uruguayan marksman. Crying is happening everywhere, sorrow and joy. You end the game and Uruguay is in the final. Spain
facing us as never before. And if ... viewed from the front with a team that already has two global wins, multiple Olympic medals and 14 won South American Drinking is like for you to be afraid. More than a football game, seems an instance of a war. Hatreds resurface, reminiscent of a stripped America 500 years ago and who defends the English invaders, who refers to all kinds of tricks, mirrors and spears, shields, metal and fierce warriors who shine on monstrous four-legged animals. Charrúa claw demonstrated in full, after Iniesta managed to escape from midfield and almost impenetrable barrier penetration of Thigh, giving us full in the chest, at 38 minutes the first time.
Spain wants to stay, encircling its middle. Not electrified because the rules do not permit, but the eleven English spent the rest of the half looting and assaults rejecting a dangerously angry Uruguay. And that same fury played against the Charruas, penalizing the skill and precision, until it reached the end of the first half.
Tabarez Master appeases the enraged beasts at halftime, and with reason and cunning tactics, new delivery instructions to the celestial warriors.
starts the second half and after seven minutes, a ball passed to Lodeiro intercepted by the enemy's camp and is recovered by Suarez, who raises a cross from the right corner to head Lugano, who, after Gerard Pique elude a working below, and the jump of a Carles Puyol more air than ever before, balancing the scoring before Spain realized that changing the tactic was a mistake. The rest of the game takes place in a fierce exchange of assaults and escapes developed until the English defensive trio commits an unforgivable error that is configured on offense against Lugano, just a few meters from the English area.
Moments earlier, Lodeiro jump two tenths of a second before expected and also saves a secure heel injury.
already in the final minutes of the match, the artistic decline of ghanense Uruguay in the area of suspicion, but the judge and the cameras say it was missing, so Fernando Muslera rejects the ball and kicks it to the center the court. As there was no criminal, no need for more than an archer ...
The judge, seeing that the deadline was extended too much and the tension dissipates after a thwarted attack ghanense, ending the game.
Forlan

every day you learn something new
After the presentations that made my illustration students and the kind of introduction to photoshop we made in the workshop I was eager to try new things, so it was a picture of popcorn in the previous post. Today I decided to try something more realistic, I found a tutorial for painting skin here and started drawing. I am very satisfied with the result I can not see and I can not believe that is all digital.

Titles For 21st Birthdays Facebook
few days ago, while "enjoying" a commercial break on Fox, I had the "pleasure" of seeing one of the Rexona commercial. In the commercial, administrative group dug a tunnel to get to a mall, while the background sound of a version that had not heard before a military march I remember that was used in the movie "Die Hard III."
Well, not knowing the name of the topic Music (now I know,
called "When Johnny Comes Marching Home" ), I searched on Google, using a simple sentence in English, which I assumed was going to deliver results almost immediately (as now, if someone try again ...). At that time, the result gave me was this:
If, as you see ... Google, in a tacit demonstration of sexual discrimination can not be beaten, I pointed out the obvious to the ridiculous query that occurred to me enter. Google may also have been aware of the bankruptcy context (if the sentence has the word "women" and the word "dig", insurance is a spelling error, so it is likely that the user has wanted to put "women washing", which is factually obvious and most likely). Or simply Google it struck him that the only thing that can be done about women in a tunnel, cross it out, is washing ... not so. The
really do not know, but obviously the Google search engine seems to have marked macho tendencies, is not it?

Peripecias bureaucratic machismo: How to legalize a document without dying in the attempt
few days ago I'm trying to send a document to Argentina (a simple certificate of studies) and frankly, I found the process quite complicated.
Why is it complicated? Simple: No one seems to know exactly the whole procedure, so you have to go groping and finding new directions as you go around obstacles.
Once you did the procedure, the matter is greatly simplified and the exact steps that clarifies all the doubts (like you've seen the alternate ending of "Lost" is where you explain everything that did not explain the final which went to air ...), but of course, a few hours of life left and a trail of money along the way, which held breadcrumbs Hansel and Gretel (by the way, are they still celebrating that drove Argentina World ?)...
1)
request the school where the student's transcript (it is a school pass in disguise), together with A copy of registration book and the auxiliary plate, signed by the school principal. Must be specified that the fate of the document is Argentina, my eye!
2)
Bring these documents to be inspected in Paysandu 1256, Yi corner (the hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 pm except when playing Uruguay in the World ...) to sign it the Inspector General and you are stuck behind a piece of paper. This process is free (Oddly enough).
3) After you go to the Ministry of Education and Culture, Reconquista 535, Ituzaingó corner, floor 2, section "Legalization", between 10:00 and 15:30 (the sign says up to 16: 00, but for some reason still do not quite understand, I say you go to 15:30 ...). There you will charge $ 169 to put a stamp in and a signature. Usually the procedure involves leaving the slip and return to look for another day, but if you come inside (like me, who come from Solymar), you get the autograph and stamp in at the moment.
4) Then you have to go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Cuareim in 1384, between 18 July and Colonia. There're going to put another stamp in and they will charge you $ 131. Andá before 16:00, because otherwise, keep it.
5) Finally, you have to go to the Argentine consulate in Wilson Ferreira Aldunate 1281, between Soriano and San Jose. Try to go between 13:30 and 15:00, which is the time at which you receive the documents. If you have no trouble, they charge U $ S 40 and you have to go get the paper when they're told. If you have trouble, they charge U $ S 80 and you have to come back when he tells you, even on the same day. Authenticated document delivery is between 17:00 and 18:30. If you're on the last day of the month, stayed, because only critical documents are processed, so you're going to have to pay U $ S 80 and stay around in the middle to the time of retirement.
Well, after all that, you can send the paper with the courier that you like. Yes, send it certified and comes ... because you will not want to go through all this rigmarole. The good thing is that everywhere you looked after me well and fairly quickly, which makes one lose sight of that red tape is done by public employees ... It seems somewhat "private", in so efficient it is. Well, I hope this helps someone will post something ... I guess for other countries need to upgrade (for example, if you send it to USA, you probably have to attach a piece of paper medical check, to assure that no anthrax or who knows what other crap ...), but the first steps must be equal to which I had to give. I wish I had this post when I started to make arrangements, but well ... when they invent a time machine sent me a text message with instructions ... (Ah, no ... if they had invented a time machine, I would have the instructions as the have sent me, so like I had not, I assume that invented ... shit that happens to me to see so many sci- fiction!)

Soundtracks to bear ... Let's listen and be generous with
I have not written anything. I was extremely busy with a very complicated event and I have had more than one month to the brink, and now that I have almost all worked again, I'm picking up things left by the way, as this blog.
Well, of the many subjects that I wanted to write, I decided to share some personal tastes in music. In this particular case, I will refer to film soundtracks, a category that many despise simple accompaniments to consider visual art, but I learned to appreciate and enjoy very much.
The list of soundtracks that I will post today is not definitive, but is a mere fraction of a much larger list of musical creations even though often pass unnoticed, and I think I need to hear at least once outside the specific context of the movie to appreciate it properly, is a source of inspiration for moments where you need it most.
Movie: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
Composer: Harry Gregson-Williams
Best: The Battle
Movie: Conan, The Barbarian
Composer: Basil Poledouris
best: Anvil Of Crom
Movie: Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
Composer: Hans Zimmer
best: Marry Me
Movies: The Lord Of The Rings (Trilogy)
Composer: Howard Shore Best
(each film): The Bridge Of Khazad-dum, The White Rider, Minas
Tirith Movie: The Fountain
Composer: Clint Mansell
Best: Death is the road to awe
Movie: Serenity
Composer: David Newman
Best: Space Battle
Movie:
Sunshine Composer: John Murphy
The Best: The surface of the sun
Movie: Red Planet
Composer: Revell Graemme
Best: The fifth heaven
Movie: The Day After Tomorrow
Composer: Harald Kloser
Best: The Day After Tomorrow
Movies: Star Wars (Episode I, II and III)
Composer: John Williams
The best (for each film): Duel of the Fates, Across the Stars, Battle of the Heroes
Well, leave it there, for now ... 10 always seemed like a reasonable number
:-) Feel free to add soundtracks like it, if they want to react.

not define an order, or a special importance to each band, but I will put in an unordered list, highlighting each component more striking (though probably not the best, artistically and conceptually.) I tried to include only original music composed for the film and no known bands' songs, because that can be heard on other media. Also, keep in mind that music is mostly instrumental, with some minimal vocal arrangements in some cases, so if you do not like classical music, music is probably not interested either.
not be surprised to find "new classics" ... Movie: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
